Information you give us. When you request an estimate, submit our contact form, use our website chat, call, or text us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, and a description of the roofing work you're asking about.
Calls and messages. Calls to our phone lines may be answered by an automated assistant and may be recorded, and text conversations are logged, so we can follow up accurately on your request. Where the law requires, you will be notified before recording begins.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how visitors use leadersroof.com: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with our pages. Apart from the visitor identification described below, this data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Advertising platforms. If you reach us through Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, or a marketplace such as Angi, that platform shares your inquiry details with us subject to its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is shared only with service providers who help us operate (for example, Google (analytics, advertising, and business tools), our telephone and messaging provider, and our own customer-record system) and only for the purposes above.
If you text us or give us your number, we may reply by text about your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts. We don't send marketing text blasts; messages relate to work you've asked about.
We keep project records (estimates, proposals, photos of completed work, and invoices) for as long as they are useful for warranty service, legal, and tax purposes. If you'd like us to delete your contact information, ask and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Our services and website are directed at homeowners and businesses, not children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
